Usually, recording a Notice of Delinquent Assessment Lien is only the first step in recovering the debt.  At Nevada Association Services, current status reports for each individual delinquent account are available for anytime access to each association board member.  This includes bankruptcy and title information updates that come at no charge.

We believe an educated board member is an effective board member.  As a part of this empowerment, a NAS representative is available to speak with your association’s community manager and board of directors to answer questions and provide needed information on the collection process or any delinquent accounts with our company.
